INDEPENDENT PROJECT, 2026

Progression : Regression explores cycles of violence and renewal through the transformation of materials. Interested in the tension between growth and restraint, the work combines organic forms with architectural ornamentation and elements of confinement.

The sculptural sconce is compressed by an ornamental wrought-iron gate, juxtaposing the familiarity of domestic objects with structures associated with enclosure and control. Developed through Rhino, CNC fabrication, 3D printing, electroplating, and flocking, the piece explores how material and form can embody opposing forces of protection and restriction.

SCI-ARC, 2026
Space of Anticipation investigates the tension between structural precision and ornamental expression through the design of an architectural fragment. Inspired by the sharp, skeletal forms of Joshua Tree's Kellogg Doolittle House, the project explores how architectural elements can suggest movement, instability, and suspension.

The resulting stair tread combines an asymmetrical structure with delicate vertical rods and a compressed base. One side appears heavily supported while the other seems almost weightless, creating a deliberate sense of physical tension. Developed through digital modeling and CNC fabrication, the piece reconsiders the stair as an object of anticipation rather than simply a functional transition.

GINGER Q, 2024

179 Deli is an immersive art installation by Ginger Q for Dreamville Music Festival, inspired by the cover artwork for Bas and AJ Tracey's collaboration, which features a real New York bodega. The installation translates the familiar visual language of a neighborhood deli into a physical festival environment.

Working within the existing structure, I developed environmental graphics, banners, and their placement throughout the installation, incorporating typography drawn directly from the song's lyrics. I also designed animated graphics adapted for LED displays inspired by the scrolling dot-matrix signage commonly found in bodegas. Together, these elements integrated the music into the visual and spatial identity of the installation.

FLAUNT MAGAZINE, 2025

A custom sculptural mask created for Babymorocco's Flaunt Magazine editorial reflecting on his Jean Paul Gaultier era. The piece draws on theatrical costume and exaggerated ornamentation, transforming the performer's head into an expressive, horned silhouette.

I developed four designs before the final mask was fabricated using a 3D scan of the artist's head for a custom fit. The form was printed in PLA, lined with foam, and finished with individually attached beads sourced from Los Angeles' Fashion District.

72ANDSUNNY, 2018

In 2018, more than 14,000 immigrant children were being held in U.S. government detention facilities. Created through 72U, 72andSunny's creative residency, 14,000+ and Counting was a public art installation confronting the separation of immigrant families and the loss of childhood.

Drawing on the missing children milk carton campaigns of the 1980s and ’90s, we constructed a 20-foot-tall milk carton in Venice Beach, California. The structure was composed of thousands of individual cartons, each representing a child in detention. Rather than displaying missing faces, the cartons carried messages about what these children were missing: family, community, safety, and childhood itself. By transforming a familiar symbol of missing children into a monumental public installation, the project sought to make an overwhelming statistic tangible and bring greater visibility to the human consequences of immigration policy.
